Shipping & Delivery

We provide Free White Glove Delivery on selected pieces and Free Shipping to our clients on all the remaining products.

The lead/delivery time for all products in stock is 1-3 weeks. The lead/delivery time for Pre-Order Items of Teak Furniture and Marble Accents is 18-26 weeks. For further enquiries in this regard, please email us at info@thesilverteak.com.

We currently ship to most destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. For shipments outside this area, please contact us at info@thesilverteak.com, as additional shipping charges may apply. We cannot ship to PO Boxes and APO/AFO addresses.

 

Shipping and Delivery Services:

We offer exquisitely hand-crafted and handmade products that are not mass-produced. Every piece is made exclusively for the client, once the order is placed. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and package it in the best way possible, to ensure that the product reaches the client's address in perfect condition.

The Silver Teak offers 2 kinds of Delivery Services: 

Free Shipping: This is the regular delivery at curb or inside the first doorway of home, building, or garage. The client is responsible to sign off once they have ensured that the packaging of product is intact. This delivery does not include assembly/setup in home and removal of packaging material. 

Free White Glove Delivery: This is a Full delivery service that includes unpacking, basic assembly/setup in home and removal of all packaging material. The client is responsible to sign off that products are in expected condition.

Our White Glove Delivery is scheduled by appointment only. Once your item(s) are ready to be delivered, you will be contacted to schedule your delivery appointment. Delivery is subject to reasonable and safe access. It is your responsibility to advise us of any special delivery requirements. Hoisting, window removal, and any other extraordinary measures necessary to accomplish delivery are your responsibility and at your risk, the cost of which must be paid by you at or before the time of delivery. We regret that we cannot install electronic equipment in our furniture.
A minimum redelivery fee of $100.00 will apply if you are unable to accept a scheduled delivery and a second delivery trip is required, or if a scheduled delivery is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time for the delivery.

The Client is expected to carefully inspect all deliveries upon their arrival. The Silver Teak is not responsible or liable for any damage obtained after leaving our custody. In the unlikely event if something is damaged in transit with a third-party, please contact the shipper to resolve any issues as we are unable to offer refunds or discounts in that respect.

Lead & Delivery Times:

The Silver Teak maintains some items in stock that can be delivered earlier than the rest, while some products are made on order, so the lead and delivery times vary accordingly.

Our approximate lead time is 1-3 weeks for all products in stock.

Returns & Exchanges:

As all our pieces are handmade and hand-crafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order confirmation to ensure accuracy of items ordered, shipping address, time constraints, and other special instructions.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and partner with some of the best packaging and white glove delivery providers, to ensure that the product reaches the client's address in perfect condition. The Client is expected to carefully inspect all deliveries upon their arrival. In the unlikely event if something is damaged in transit with a third-party, we would gladly put you in touch with the delivery provider to resolve any issues. The delivery provider will be responsible for evaluating and processing any claims for compensation. The Silver Teak is not responsible or liable for any damage obtained after leaving our custody, and is unable to offer refunds or discounts in that respect.

 

Cancellations & Refunds 

Customers have 24 hours to make changes or cancel items ordered. There will be no charge/fee if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Cancellations made after 24 hours, but within the next 3 days will have a 15% cancellation fee.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable if item is cancelled after 4 days of placing the order. All sales are final, after 4 days of placing the order.
